Katsushika Keita is a manga artist and illustrator from Katsushika ward, Tokyo. He debuted in 2010 with his manga appearing in independent magazines such as USCA and PON-RAI. His work Higashi Tokyo machimachi (Diverse East Tokyo) has been in serialization since 2022. His other manga works are also being serialized in the magazines Sanpo no tatsujin (Walking Master) and Metoro minittsu (Metro Minutes). As an illustrator, he makes illustrations for the covers of books and magazines.

His other manga works are also being serialized in the magazines Sanpo no tatsujin (Walking Master) and Metoro minittsu (Metro Minutes). As an illustrator, he makes illustrations for the covers of books and magazines. Through the MINT Project, Katsushika attended Comic Crossroads Columbus in 2025 and while in Ohio, took part in a guest lecture at the Ohio State University. Then in 2026, he took part in various panel talks at Toronto Comic Arts Festival.
