The MINT Project, in collaboration with the Japan Foundation Toronto, officially kicks off events at the Alternative Showcase ft. Manga Artists in the MINT project. The event’s goal is to spread the unique charm of Japanese manga with international audiences as well as give its up-and-coming creators the chance to speak about their works and engage with guests.

For the first half of the event there will be a short presentation about MINT, followed by presentations for each of the participating MINT creators. The second half will be a closed reception that gives guests the chance to interact directly with the artists and network.
